Golf Cart Decals are Required…
Decals are $15 each and must be paid prior to receiving them.

Golf Cart Rules & Regulations Are As Follows:

1. Drivers must be licensed to drive golf carts. Please note all ages with registration.
2. No driving on Greenspace & Trails.
3. Not allowed inside pool or pavilion area.
4. Stay 10’ from all ponds.
5. No golf carts in construction areas.
6. Golf carts must be street legal, i.e. head and brake lights, turn signals, etc.
7. FINE – If you do not have a Bedico Creek decal, or if it is not placed on the back bumper of driver’s side, you will incur a $100 fine.
