Security Gate Information

GATE HOURS:

Monday – Friday, 6AM – 8PM
Saturday and Sunday, 6AM – 3PM

Access cards and clickers are the devices required for entry.

Entry: The cards are proximity cards. Place your card near the square black card reader on side of the call box. The clickers will work from around 50’ before you reach the call box.  PLEASE DO NOT TAILGATE AS THIS COULD CAUSE CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE TO THE GATE SYSTEM AND YOUR VEHICLE!

REQUEST A SECURITY GATE PASS OR CLICKER & CAR DECAL

Exit: Pull up to the exit gate and the infrared beam will open the gate automatically.

Information About Car Decals

A decal with the neighborhood logo will be issued to you with your gate passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles in your household, let us know when you register. The decal is to be placed on the upper left corner of the rear window. The decal is optional, not required.

Visitor Access

Residents will be listed on the directory. Your visitor will scroll to your name and press the call button, you will need to give the phone number you want listed to us in the sales office in order to get your number in the call box. This connects two way communications from the call box to the number you provided (either your home telephone or cell phone). If you wish to grant access to the visitor, press the number 9 on your phone keypad. If you do not wish to grant access, simply hang up.

Newspaper Delivery, Garbage Service, School Buses, Etc.

You will need to notify this office if a provider services your home on a regular basis when the gate is closed. We will assign them a Vendor Code.  Send us their name, phone number, and the type of service they provide. We will only accept requests from residents, so please do not ask the provider to call us direct – we will not issue them a code.
