The Covenants and Design Guidelines may be amended from time to time. The most recent versions are posted here. Please insure you have the most recent version of these documents.

If you are a new home buyer at Bedico Creek Preserve or you are thinking about building your new home at our subdivision, you will need to submit a Design Review Form for items such as your floorplan, landscaping, fencing, or pool.  You will also need to resubmit this form when you make any plan changes during the course of your building process.  View the Design Review Application for the Longview / Preserve III / Lakeview Neighborhoods to find out more about this form.  You can also download the Design Review Form for these Neighborhoods to print and fill out for submission.

Plan Submittal Must Include the Following:

Completed Design Review Application (Neighborhood Specific)
1 Electronic Set of Plans
1 Electronic Copy of Site Plan
Copy of Check for the Fees
