Requirements for Improvements
Fencing, patios, gazebos, sheds, etc. are just some examples of additions to the home that require Architectural Committee Approval. The first step is to become familiar with the Design Guidelines and Restrictions to determine what is and what is not allowed. The next step is to Submit Your Plan to the Architectural Standard Committee for their review and approval. Once approval is received in writing, you may proceed with construction. Under no circumstances will the Committee give a verbal approval. By following these simple steps, you will avoid potential fines for not obtaining approval or having to remove the structure in its entirety.
